Inspections by the state forester

In the performance of his or her duties under section 12-107d of the Connecticut
General Statutes and sections 12-107d-1 to 12-107d-4, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, the State Forester or his or her designee may, pursuant to subdivision (5) of subsection (a) of section 22a-6 of the Connecticut General Statutes, enter at all reasonable times, in accordance with constitutional limitations, upon public or private property, for the purpose of determining compliance with the requirements of section 12-107d of the Connecticut General Statutes and sections 12-107d-1 to 12-107d-4, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
