C.R.S. § 39-2-129 — Advisory committee to the property tax administrator created

(1) There is created in the department of local affairs the advisory committee to the property tax administrator. The advisory committee is a type 1 entity, as defined in section 24-1-105, and exercises its powers and performs its duties and functions under the department of local affairs. (2) Repealed.
