Cal. Rev. & Tax. Code § 7934

The Controller shall distribute the proceeds of the sale in the following order:

(a)The payment of all expenses of the sale.

(b)The payment of all amounts due from the supplier under this part.

(c)The remainder to the General Fund of the state.
