Cal. Rev. & Tax. Code § 2611

A notice shall be printed on all tax bills specifying that if taxes are unpaid, it will be necessary as provided by law to pay:

(a)Delinquency penalties.

(b)Costs.

(c)Redemption penalties.

(d)Redemption fee.
