A.R.S. § 42-3101 — Deposit

42-3101 . Deposit The department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146, 35-147 and 42-1116, all monies received under this chapter accompanied by a monthly statement showing the amount received from each class of luxury prescribed by section 42-3052.
