42-2152 . List of agencies having authority over starting and conducting business The department of revenue shall: 1. Obtain and keep on file a list of the agencies, boards, commissions and departments, their addresses and telephone numbers and the subjects over which they have authority. 2. Provide a copy of this list to any person requesting a form under section 42-2151. 3. On request, provide any person with copies of any of the forms commonly in use which it has on file.
