42-18301 . List of real property held by state under tax deed A. On or before the first Monday in November of each year, the county board of supervisors shall prepare a list of the real property in the county that is held by the state by tax deed. B. The list shall include:

A full description of each parcel.
# 2.
The name of the former owner, if known.
# 3.
The total amount of taxes, interest, penalties, fees and costs, including the unpaid charges of the county treasurer and recorder.
