42-18301 . List of real property held by state under tax deed A. On or before the first Monday in November of each year, the county board of supervisors shall prepare a list of the real property in the county that is held by the state by tax deed. B. The list shall include: 1. A full description of each parcel. 2. The name of the former owner, if known. 3. The total amount of taxes, interest, penalties, fees and costs, including the unpaid charges of the county treasurer and recorder.
