Legislative approval, final filings, and effective date

# (a)
After the necessary legislative approvals are obtained, the Tax Appeals Commission will file the final rule with the Secretary of State.
# (b)
The final rule will be effective ten (10) days after filing with the Secretary of State unless a later date is specified in the rule itself or by law.
