Ala. Code § 40-26B-92 — Assessment on Emergency Medical Transport Providers - Notification of Rate and Amount. (Amended by Act 2025-370)

The department shall notify, or make available to, each emergency medical transport provider, in accordance with notification procedures determined by the department, the assessment rate, and the estimated assessment amount owed by the provider for the applicable fiscal quarter.
