Fortunetellers, Palmists, Clairvoyants, Etc

Each fortuneteller, palmist, clairvoyant, astrologer, phrenologist, or crystal gazer, where any fee is charged directly or indirectly or any gratuity is accepted, shall pay a license tax of $40.
