Bingo session records

# (a)

At the conclusion of each bingo session, a permittee or an operator shall prepare a

# (1)

bingo session report that includes

(A) the amount of the beginning till;

(B) gross sales from bingo cards, sets of bingo cards, and packets of bingo cards;

(C) other sales;

(D) cash prizes and non-cash prizes paid out;

(E) adjustments for voids, overrings, returns, and other similar items;

(F) the amount of the deposit to be made to the bank account under 15 AAC
160.820;

(G) the amount of the ending till; and

(H) a record of all prizes paid out; and

# (2)

copy of the session schedule that reflects the

(A) name and type of each bingo game conducted; and

(B) prize awards for each game; and

# (3)

floor sale tally sheet that includes the

(A) number of bingo cards, set of bingo cards, or packet of bingo cards sold during the session;

(B) number of bingo cards, set of bingo cards, or packet of bingo cards not sold during the session;

(C) sales price of each bingo card, set of bingo cards, or packet of bingo cards;
and

(D) total amount of money collected by the floor seller during the session.

# (b)

A permittee or an operator subject to the receipting requirements under 15 AAC
160.520(a) must attach an internal cash register tape to the session report. The register tape must include total sales, total payouts, voids, overrings, returns, and other similar items.
