Disclosure of prizes and procedures

# (a)

Before bingo card sales begin, a permittee or an operator shall disclose to each player and conspicuously post upon the premises the price collected to play, the house procedures under which prizes may be won, and the list of prizes to be awarded.

# (b)

If a player wins a prize, the permittee or operator shall announce the number of winners claiming that prize and proceed with the schedule of bingo games.

# (c)

For each session of bingo conducted by a permittee or an operator, the permittee or operator shall provide to each player a schedule of bingo games to be played and the number and value of prizes to be awarded for each game.

# (d)

The house rules of the permittee or operator shall be posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises where the bingo game is conducted.
