Alcohol access and employee play prohibited

# (a)

A bingo game may not be conducted under a permit in a room, enclosure, or outdoor area where alcoholic beverages are sold, served, or consumed during the process of the bingo game.

# (b)

A permittee or operator may adopt house rules that prohibit an employee from playing a game of bingo. The caller of a bingo game may not play a game of bingo conducted by the permittee at the location where the caller is working.
