15 AAC 160.480

Limitation on pull-tab sales

# (a)

A pull-tab may not be sold in this state if

# (1)

the pull-tab series does not contain the entire prize structure;

# (2)

the prize structure of the pull-tab series is available at more than one location; or

# (3)

any prize or the prizes in aggregate on a single pull-tab in the pull-tab series exceed
$500.

# (b)

A person must be 21 years of age or older to sell, purchase, or play a pull-tab.

# (c)

A person may not knowingly sell a pull-tab to a drunken person, as defined in AS
04.21.080.

# (d)

Repealed 11/10/96.
