Ownership of gaming items

# (a)

If an operator purchases a gaming item and charges it as an expense to an authorizing permittee, the gaming item becomes the property of the permittee at the time of purchase.

# (b)

If an operator ceases conducting gaming activity on behalf of an authorizing permittee, the operator shall immediately return all gaming items owned by the permittee to the permittee.

# (c)

As used in this section, "gaming item" includes pull-tabs, equipment, supplies, and other items purchased in connection with gaming activity.
