RCW 82.12.9994 — Exemptions — Bottled water — Prescription use

(1) The provisions of this chapter do not apply in respect to the use of bottled water dispensed or to be dispensed to patients pursuant to a prescription for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or medical condition. (2) For the purposes of this section, "prescription" has the same meaning as provided in RCW 82.08.9994 .
