RCW 82.12.940 — Exemptions — Over-the-counter drugs for human use

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the use of over-the-counter drugs dispensed or to be dispensed to patients, pursuant to a prescription, if the over-the-counter drugs are for human use.
