Tex. Tax Code § 43.03 — ACTION BY COURT

The court as the evidence warrants shall enter those orders necessary to compel compliance by the appraisal office. Acts 1979, 66th Leg., p. 2313, ch. 841, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
