Tex. Tax Code § 352.104 — PLEDGE FOR BONDS

A county may pledge the revenue derived from the tax imposed under this chapter for the payment of bonds that are issued by the county under Section 1477.303 , Government Code, for one or more of the purposes provided by Section 352.101 .
