Tex. Tax Code § 33.78 — MASTERS MAY NOT BE APPOINTED UNDER TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

A court may not appoint a master under Rule 171, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, in a delinquent tax suit. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 525, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
