Tex. Tax Code § 33.55 — EFFECT OF JUDGMENT ON ACCRUAL OF PENALTIES AND INTEREST

A judgment for delinquent taxes does not affect the accrual after the date of the judgment of penalties and interest under this chapter on the taxes included in the judgment. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1111, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
