Tex. Tax Code § 325.081 — USE OF TAX REVENUE

Revenue from the tax imposed under this chapter may be used only to build, operate, or maintain a landfill and a criminal detention center in the county. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 39, Sec. 1, eff. May 5, 1995.
