Tex. Tax Code § 321.406 — FREQUENCY OF ELECTION

An election under this chapter in a municipality may not be held earlier than one year after the date of any previous election under this chapter in the municipality. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 191, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
