Tex. Tax Code § 202.004 — INSPECTION OF RECORDS AND REPORTS

A person required by this chapter to make and keep a record shall keep the record open for inspection by the comptroller or the attorney general at all times. Reports filed under this chapter are open to inspection by the attorney general. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1737, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
