Tex. Tax Code § 171.257 — JUDICIAL PROCEEDING NOT REQUIRED FOR FORFEITURE

The forfeiture of the corporate privileges of a corporation is effected by the comptroller without a judicial proceeding. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1705, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
