Tex. Tax Code § 171.087 — EXEMPTION--NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED FOR STUDENT LOAN FUNDS OR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP PURPOSES
A nonprofit corporation organized solely to provide a student loan fund or student scholarships is exempted from the franchise tax. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1002, Sec. 10, eff. Jan. 1, 1996.
