Tex. Tax Code § 171.086 — EXEMPTION: POLITICAL SUBDIVISION CORPORATION

A political subdivision corporation formed under Section 304.001 , Local Government Code, is exempted from the franchise tax. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1232 (H.B. 500 ), Sec. 5, eff. January 1, 2014.
