Tex. Tax Code § 171.076 — EXEMPTION--COOPERATIVE CREDIT ASSOCIATION

A cooperative credit association incorporated under Chapter 55 , Agriculture Code, an organization organized under 12 U.S.C. Section 2071, or an agricultural credit association regulated by the Farm Credit Administration is exempted from the franchise tax. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1696, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
