Tex. Tax Code § 171.053 — EXEMPTION--RAILWAY TERMINAL CORPORATION

A corporation organized as a railway terminal corporation and having no annual net income from its business is exempted from the franchise tax. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1693, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
