Tex. Tax Code § 162.407 — VENUE OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS

The venue for a prosecution under this subchapter is in Travis County or in the county where the offense occurred. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 199, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2004.
