Tex. Tax Code § 162.234 — ALTERATION OF DYE OR MARKER IN DYED DIESEL FUEL PROHIBITED

A person, with the intent to evade payment of tax, may not alter or attempt to alter the strength or composition of a dye or marker in dyed diesel fuel. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 199, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2004.
