Tex. Tax Code § 154.508 — REFUSING TO SURRENDER CIGARETTES

A person commits an offense if the person refuses to surrender to the comptroller on demand cigarettes possessed in violation of this chapter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1660, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff.
