Tex. Tax Code § 154.506 — CONCEALMENT OF A VIOLATION

A person commits an offense if the person uses any artful device or deceptive practice to conceal a violation of this chapter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1660, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
