Tex. Tax Code § 154.4095 — DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE

Selling a package of cigarettes described by Section 154.0415 , with or without a stamp, is a deceptive trade practice for the purpose of Subchapter E , Chapter 17 , Business & Commerce Code. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1539, Sec. 3, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
