Tex. Tax Code § 151.261 — NOTICE TO CITIES

If a permit or registration is revoked or suspended under this subchapter, the comptroller shall notify the applicable city of any delinquency under the Local Sales and Use Tax Act. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1558, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
