Tex. Tax Code § 111.351 — WIRELESS EQUIPMENT FOR AUDITORS

The comptroller shall acquire wireless communication equipment for use by its auditors, including wireless modems for laptop computers for high-speed, wireless access to comptroller systems. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1272, Sec. 5.04, eff. June 15, 2001.
