Tex. Tax Code § 111.005 — GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES TO COOPERATE

Each department, officer, and employee of the state or of a local governmental entity shall cooperate with and give reasonable assistance and information to the comptroller when performing authorized duties. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1502, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
