34 Tex. Admin. Code § 6.10 — Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Advisory Board--The comptroller's investment advisory board, established pursuant to Government Code, §404.028.

# (2)

Comptroller--The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

# (3)

Trust Company--The Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company, established pursuant to Government Code, Chapter 404, Subchapter G.
