34 Tex. Admin. Code § 19.41 — Description of Program

Under Government Code, §2305.032, SECO administers a revolving loan program that provides loans to eligible applicants for energy and water efficiency measures. The loan program is called the Texas LoanSTAR (Saving Taxes and Resources) Program for Public Sector Institutions.
