34 Tex. Admin. Code § 18.6 — Administration and Management of the Trust Account

The comptroller's administration of the trust account and management of the assets of the trust account, including revisions to the comptroller's investment policy statement, shall be with the advice of and in consultation with the investment advisory committee.
