34 Tex. Admin. Code § 16.219 — Monitoring Grant Award Performance and Expenditures

The director shall monitor grant awards to ensure that grant recipients comply with applicable financial, administrative, and programmatic terms and conditions and exercise proper stewardship over grant award funds. Such terms and conditions include requirements set forth in the grant agreement, and applicable laws, rules, regulations, or guidance relating to the grant award.
