34 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.382 — Initial Settlement Agreement

Any settlement agreement that is reached during the mediation shall be signed by the authorized representatives of the contractor and the agency, and describe any procedures that the parties are required to follow in connection with final approval of the agreement.
