34 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.381 — Settlement Approval Procedures for Mediation
(a)
The parties' settlement approval procedures shall be disclosed to all other parties prior to the mediation.
(b)
To the extent possible, the parties shall select representatives who are knowledgeable about the subject matter of the dispute, are in a position to reach agreement, and can credibly recommend approval of an agreement.
