R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-6.1-6 — Appropriation

There is appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated
for the fiscal year 1986-1987, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to the division of taxation to carry out the purposes of this chapter and the state
controller is authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer
for the payment of the sum or so much of the sum as may be required from time to time
upon receipt by him or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
