R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-5-20.05 — Westerly â Property tax classification

The town of Westerly may, by resolution or ordinance adopted by the town council,
provide for a system of classification of taxable property in conformity with the
provisions of Â§Â§ 44-5-20.06 â 44-5-20.08.
