Rhode Island General Laws — Title 44 (Taxation)

R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-33.4-4 — Maximum abatement and hourly rate

The maximum credit taxpayers may earn is five hundred dollars ($500) per fiscal year.
Credit for service will be at the state of Rhode Island hourly minimum wage at the
time the service is performed.
