61 Pa. Code § 93.42 — Notice to the Department

The notice required by section § 93.41 (relating to entry into safe deposit box after notice to the Department) will be sent to the necessary parties by certified mail which shall provide for a record of the mailing with a receipt having been furnished to the sender. An exact copy of the notice shall be transmitted to the financial institution in which the box is located. Cross References This section cited in 61 Pa.
