61 Pa. Code § 901.148 — Dissolutions, terminations, mergers and bankruptcies

(a) A distributor shall notify the Department, in writing, within 10 days of one or more of the following actions on the part of the distributor: (1) The filing with the Department of State of a certificate of election to dissolve, or the filing of a similar document in another jurisdiction. (2) The filing of a petition in bankruptcy or receivership by the distributor. (3) The merging or consolidating with another entity. (4) The termination of its business activities by a process, legal or equitable, voluntary or involuntary, formal or informal, in or out of this Commonwealth.
