61 Pa. Code § 901.143 — Restrictions on distributorship interest

(a) A licensed eligible organization may not be a distributor. (b) A person who is an officer, director, proprietor, consultant, employee or owner of a distributorship may not have a pecuniary interest in the operation of games of chance. (c) A distributor or person who has a financial interest in a distributorship may not be a lessor of premises, directly or indirectly, to a licensed eligible organization.
